Our Strategy practice helps brands generate intangible value through the experience that people make of their touchpoints. It offers brand consulting services aimed at stimulating discussion on current and future business. Its key priorities are to ensure customer centricity, and to generate a positive impact for both businesses and people. 
In collaboration with our Experience & Design, Creative, Data & Research teams as well as AKQA team, they partner with our clients to define and guide them through their transformation journeys. 

We are currently looking for an Associate Strategist, keen to partner closely with the strategy lead on the project, as well as a cross-disciplinary team, to represent audience understanding and needs, and translate them into actionable insights.
Based in our Milan studio, you will join a cross-functional team focused on delivering outstanding outcomes in the fields of branding, communication and product & service design.  

Role requirements:
- Understand how consumer expectations and behaviours intersect with business and brand priorities;
- Demonstrate curiosity and eagerness to investigate across a wide variety of topics: evolving consumer behaviours, emerging technologies, or vertical-specific landscapes to name a few;
- Consume large quantities of research and data – behavioural, consumer, industry and academic – to inform strategic perspectives;
- Provide strategic rationale in support of recommendations, capturing strengths and weaknesses across a range of approaches;
- Draft narratives for strategic approaches, briefs, or other outputs for both internal and external audiences;
- Generate original perspectives and ideas on your own, as well as ideating and partnering collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team;
- Communicate in a clear, persuasive, and inspiring way, whether written or spoken;
- Deliver responsibly on-time and with an attention to professionalism and detail.

The ideal candidate is a curious thinker, passionate about brands, marketing and innovation, and eager to develop their potential through the collaboration with colleagues, partners, and clients.  

Qualities and characteristics:
- You are a critical thinker and problem solver above all else;
- You have a love for challenges and a drive to inspire new ways of thinking;
- You are undaunted by the unknown – in fact, it makes you curious to dig deeper;
- You ask questions and raise any concerns sooner rather than later;
- You have an affinity for the end user or consumer, whomever that may be;
- You have strong organisational skills and an extreme attention to detail;
- You have good proficiency in English and complete fluency in Italian;
- And, if you have any previous work experiences in the fields of digital, brand, customer experience or communication, it would be particularly valued.
