Dolce & Gabbana, a leader in the world of luxury fashion, has an exceptional career opportunity available for a Books & Editorials Assistant based in our HQ Milan.
Main activities & responsibilities:
- Support the purchase order process by entering data into the SAP system based on budget guidelines provided by the Manager, ensuring accurate invoice receipt aligned with the issued orders;
- Liaise with external suppliers to communicate invoicing requirements and oversee the process through to internal approval;
- Coordinate the ordering process, particularly for books and related materials, including supplier communication, delivery scheduling, timeline monitoring, and quality control upon receipt;
- Organize the distribution of books to internal and external stakeholders, following instructions from the Manager;
- Ensure proper internal archiving of editorial materials (e.g., books and related content);
- Provide general back-office support to the department, ensuring smooth daily operations;
- Assist in the research and selection of iconographic images in line with project briefs provided by the Manager;
- Support the review and quality control of translated texts produced by the department;
- Assist in the organization and management of photoshooting to produce content related to the Alta Gioielleria communication;
- Contribute to the preparation of promotional materials, both online and offline, for the distribution of books produced by the department, coordinating requests with other Marketing & Communication teams at Dolce&Gabbana.

- Fluency in Excel;
