We are looking for an Executive Assistant reporting to and supporting our Southern Europe General Manager, based in Milan.
The main missions are the following ones:
- Creating a strong relationship and trust with our Head Office and Boutique teams;
- Supporting General Manager in business development & commercial topics, managing approvals & signatures;
- Preparation and involvement in Business Presentations & Business Reviews;
- Managing and coordinating transversal and pan-regional projects;
- Arranging daily meetings and taking care of the travel agenda and arrangements + expenses;
- Ensuring minutes of meetings, keeping efficient the digital folders organization;
- Support in operational retail tasks (boutique openings/ pop-ups);
- Close collaboration with different departments (Marketing, Operations, Training, VM, Finance, HR…);
- Negotiating potential service suppliers Office Management;
- Being in charge of office management duties;
- Organization of meetings and team events;
- Managing office suppliers & cooperation partners;
- You enjoy facilitating our teams’ daily life, ordering of material.
Profilo ricercato
- You hold a bachelor’s degree or something similar and have at least two years of experience in the field of assisting/Office management preferred in the sector of Hospitality or Retail;
- You have a perfect command of MS Office package and are digital savvy;
- You have strong interpersonal skills and are recognized for your capacity for organization, adaptation and discretion;
- You have a strong spirit of initiative and autonomy, show flexibility, and have a solution-oriented mindset;
- You are enjoying the rhythm of a high-paced environment;
- Client-centric and hands-on mentality;
- Your Italian and English skills are fluent.
